JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through V.C.

(2.) The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for quashing and setting aside the order dated 18.10.2001 passed by respondent No.5 (Annexure-3), whereby the petitioner has been removed from service and also the order dated 26.12.2001 (Annexure-4), whereby the appeal of the petitioner has been rejected. The petitioner has further challenged the order dated 04.10.2008 passed by respondent No.6 (Annexure-8), whereby the representation of the petitioner has been rejected which has been filed after his acquittal.

(3.) The case of the petitioner in short is that in spite of the fact that the petitioner has been acquitted by the criminal court for the same and similar charges for which he has been removed from service; his representation for reinstatement has been rejected summarily.
