JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter has been heard through video conferencing with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. They have no complaint about any audio and visual connectivity.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) The prayers made in this writ petition are for direction in the nature of writ of mandamus to allow the petitioners to continue its lawful business from the concerned office and not to interfere with in any manner in continuing the lawful business from the office of the petitioners which had been sealed by the concerned authority without serving any proper notice and without giving any opportunity to the representative of the petitioners to place their defence.
