This criminal revision application has been filed for setting aside the Judgment dated 01.05.2012 passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, East Singhbhum at Jamshedpur in Criminal Appeal No.92/2010 whereby and whereunder the conviction and sentence of the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act passed by the learned trial court has been confirmed and the criminal appeal has been dismissed.
