(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Manoj Tandon is present.

(2.) Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 Mr. Shahid Yunus is present.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Margomunda P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018, S.T. No. 343 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 498-A,304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, however charge sheet submitted only under Sections 498-A and Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
