JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Vijay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank.

(2.) This writ petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.

(3.) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for direction upon the respondent to pay personal allowance to the petitioner forthwith w.e.f. 01.11.2002 till the date of retirement i.e. 28.02.2017 at the rate of Rs.1310/- per month and the total amount of Rs.2,25,320/-.
