MATHURA RAM & ORS Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioners, Mathura Ram and Sudama Ram is moved by Sri Md. Faruque Ansari, counsel for the petitioners and opposed by Sri S.N. Rajgarhia, Additional P.P.

(2.) It appears that petitioners are father and uncle of main accused, Sushil Ram. In the First Information Report, no allegation made against these petitioners to the extent that they have either kidnapped the girl or facilitated kidnapping.

(3.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I direct the petitioners, above named, to surrender in the court below by 18th January 2011.
