DASHANI Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is in custody since 8th January, 2008.

(3.) Considering the period of custody of the appellant, during the pendency of this Criminal Appeal, the appellant namely Most. Dashani is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/( Ten thousand) with sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Hazaribagh in connection with Sessions Trial No. 222 of 2008 subject to the condition that one of the bailors will be her close relative and another will be of local resident.
