JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS criminal revision is directed against the order dated 26.08.2010 passed by the Principal Judge Family Court, Ranchi in the proceeding under Section 125 Code of the Criminal Procedure in maintenance case No. 12/2005 by which the Petitioner was called upon to pay Rs. 2500/ - per month consolidated to the opposite party No. 2 wife and their minor son Anmol.

(2.) OPPOSITE party No. 2 has entered appearance by executing Vakalatnama.

(3.) MR . P.K. Sinha appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner being a para teacher would not be able to pay the arrears by making one time full payment as he was directed to pay the litigation cost to the extent of Rs. 5000/ - lump sum.
