JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is driver of the seized truck which was loaded by 15 M.T. coal dust. The owner of the truck was sitting inside the truck who ran away from there. Driver is in custody since 10.10.10. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
