JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is an accused in the case registered for the offence under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, and 26 of the Arms Act.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case; the petitioner along with other several persons was employed as Security Guards in Adityapur Industrial Area and the petitioner was provided fire arms; the allegation against the petitioner is that the license- which has been produced- was fake; petitioner is arms guard; co-accused with similar allegation have been granted bail by this Court, as has been stated in paragraphs-15 and 16 of this application; he is in custody since June,2010.
