(2.) IT appears that co-accused Shyam Sunder Poddar and Mahavir Prasad Barjatiya have been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.01.2010 in ABA No. 3277 of 2009 and ABA No. 2869 of 2009 respectively. The case of petitioner stands on more or less similar footing.
