JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the land in question is a public land and Petitioner has sought relief of eviction of Respondent No. 6 & 7 and a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.10.2009 committed error of law by dismissing the writ petition observing that proper remedy is to file a Civil Suit.

(3.) HENCE , this review petition is dismissed.
