JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the facts and circumstances, let the informantSeteng Lugun be impleaded as opposite party no. 2 and upon her such impleadment let notice be issued to opposite party no. 2, on her present and correct address, under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process, for which requisites etc. must be filed within a week, failing to which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

(2.) In the meantime, if the charge has not been framed then it shall not be framed till next date.
