DEEPAK KANSARI, Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANR.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by Deepak Kansari, Angad Kansari and Smt. Kabita Kansari, is moved by Sri R.P. Mukherjee, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and opposed by Sri V.S. Jha, learned Additional P.P. for the State.

(2.) AT the outset, it is submitted by learned Counsel for the Petitioners that Petitioners are ready to keep complainant in their house with all respect, honour and dignity. In view of aforesaid submission, I allow this application and direct the Petitioners to surrender in the court below positively on 18th of April, 2011 and on that day the complainant shall also remain present in the court below. The learned court below is directed to enlarge them on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ghatsila, in connection with C/1 Case No. 68 of 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
