JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

(2.) It reveals from the written report that Purnima Kumari was subjected to torture and treated with cruelty by the petitioner who happens to be her husband, for want of more dowry

(3.) It is submitted that the petitioner is always ready to abide by the conditions laid down in the compromise ( annexure 2) arrived at between the parties on 30.5.2011 at the "Paramarsh Centre" Civil Court, Hazaribagh. Learned counsel for the complainant has no objection if the conditions laid down in the compromise, a copy of which is annexure 2 to the application, is complied with.
