JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offence under Sections 323/341/325/307/387 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the F.I.R. it appears that when informant was taking breakfast in the hotel and at that time petitioner was demanded some money to the informant for breakfast, but after his denial petitioner gave bamboo stick blow upon the informant causing fracture of his right hand. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2010 and as such, he may be enlarged on bail.
