JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsels for the petitioners submitted that no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Union of India and that the petitioners are suffering great loss everyday and, therefore, interim order may be granted.

(2.) IT is unfortunate that in spite of the order dated 17/02/2011, no such counter affidavit has been filed.

(3.) LET the name of Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the Union of India be appeared in the cause list. LET a copy of this order be handed over to Mr. Khan as prayed.
