JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offence under Sections 406/409/420/435/427/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the main allegation of misappropriation of about Rs. Ten Lakhs is against main accused Dr. Brinda Ram, who was the A.C.M.O. Dumka at the relevant time. Subsequently, during investigation it has only come that petitioner was bill clerk in the said office and prepared wrong bill of Rs. 26,132/which was subsequently withdrawn by one Jiten Soren and the petitioner has not withdrawn any money. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2010.
