JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties on the prayer for bail.

(2.) IT is submitted that as per the prosecution case, the Appellants assaulted the deceased and the injured with Lathi; and that the land dispute is going on between the parties for about 20 years; and that there was case and counter case; and that the Appellant No. 1 Laxmi Mahto is aged about 70 years.

(3.) IN the circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to Appellant Nos. 2 to 5. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected.
