SADNA MUNDA AND ORS Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioners, Sadna Munda, Amit Munda and Sumit Munda is moved by Sri A.K. Sahani learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Mrs. Nitu Sinha learned Additional P.P.

(2.) It has been observed by the learned court below that in the case diary, there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. But surprisingly, court below has not granted bail to the petitioners.

(3.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I allow this application and direct the petitioners, above named, to surrender in the court below on or before 18th of January 2011.
