JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Jai Prakash Sharma is moved by Sri Rajesh Kumar, counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Prem Prakash , Additional P.P.

(2.) It appears from the First Information Report that petitioner himself had not inflicted any injury on the deceased, rather the deceased fell from corrugated sheets in course of cleaning the same.

(3.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I direct the petitioner, above named, to surrender in the court below by 13th January 2011.
