JUDGEMENT

(1.) ISSUE notice to the contesting respondent no. 4. Returnable at an early date.

(2.) STEPS shall be taken by the learned counsel to serve the contesting respondent no. 4 both by registered post as well as by speed post within a week. Notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 has been accepted by the State counsel. He prays for and is allowed three weeks' time to file counter affidavit.

(3.) LEARNED counsel states that the proceedings under Section 71A of the C.N.T. Act were initiated and the order has been annexed as Annexure7 to the writ petition. Three persons have been alleged to have taken illegal land of Adivasis. The name of the petitioner does not find place nor her husband in the S.A.R. case.
