JUDGEMENT

(1.) Bail application filed by Sahadat Mian @ Sahadat Ansari is moved by Mr. Jawahar Sah, counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Mrs. Nitu Sinha, Additional P.P.

(2.) Earlier bail prayer of the petitioner rejected on the ground that he was absconding from 8 years. However, he has been given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months if the trial is not concluded by that time.

(3.) It appears that still the charge has not been framed. Petitioner is in custody from 16.01.2009.
