JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

(2.) THIS is an application for grant of regular bail to the Petitioner for the offence under Sections 25(1 ­B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

(3.) LEARNED Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that earlier criminal antecedent report of the Petitioner was called for in which it has been stated that the Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
