JUDGEMENT

(1.) (I.A. No. 487 of 2011).

(2.) PRESENT interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner with two -fold prayer viz. (i) lower -court may be directed to accept the final form, which has been submitted by the police after investigation under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and (ii) court be directed to take action under Sections 182/211 of the Indian Penal Code on the Petition filed by the Investigating Officer.

(3.) LEARNED senior counsel further submits that he is inclined to withdraw the main Petition viz. Cr.M.P. No. 724 of 2009.
