RAJENDRA PRASAD AND ORS Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Through this interlocutory application, petitioner has prays for modification of the order dated 21.12.2010.

(2.) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the P.S. case no. in the order dated 21.12.2010 has wrongly been typed as Chouparan P.S. Case No. 82 of 2007 instead of Chouparan P.S. Case No. 87 of 2007.

(3.) In that view of the matter, the order dated 21.12.2010 may be read as petitioners , above named , are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Hazaribag in connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No. 87 of 2007 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1810 of 2007 subject to cash deposit of Rs. 20,000/- ( Rs. Twenty Thousand) each as security, without prejudice , with the condition that bailor of the petitioners would be their near relatives . I.A is accordingly, disposed of.
