JUDGEMENT

(1.) As prayed Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is allowed to implead M/s. S. S. Enterprises, Hinoo, Ranchi as party respondent.

(2.) CIssue notice to newly added respondents by special messenger, the requisites and cost of which must be deposited by 5.1.2011.

(3.) Counter affidavit on behalf of newly added respondent, if any must be filed within one week from the date of receipt of notice. Put up this case on 18.01.2011.
