JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) CERTAIN petitions have been filed showing certain encroachments on different roads. All these petitions will be subject matter of scrutiny by the R.R.D.A. and Municipal Corporation and they will decide regarding the grievances raised in these petitions and report to the Court about their decision by Monday of the next week.

(3.) R.R.D.A. has filed progress report which looks bulky but the work which has been accomplished so far requires much to be desired.
