RAJENDRA RAJ Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND & ANR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 10/12/2008 passed in Matrimonial Suit No. 99/2007 by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dumka directing the petitioner to pay maintenance pendentelite @ Rs. 500/per month and the cost of the proceeding @ Rs. 100/per date fixed by the Court since the date of filing of the petition till disposal of the case.

(2.) Mr. B.S. Lall, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without considering that the respondent no. 2, i.e. wife is earning a handsome salary per month, the learned court below has passed the impugned order.

(3.) It appears that after hearing the parties and considering their respective cases in detail, the learned court below has passed the impugned order.
