JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD counsel for the Petitioners and counsel for the State.

(2.) IT is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that even as per the prosecution case, Petitioner - Ram Prawesh Mistry was doing work of old coins with the victim and he demanded only Rs. 10,000/ - and said that rest 4,90,000/ -, he will pay to the kidnappers; and that Petitioners are in jail from about September 2010; and that they are not involved in any other criminal case.
