MISHRILAL PRADHAN Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution.

(2.) Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Bandgaon P.S. Case no.02 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 44 of 2011.

(3.) There is direct allegation against the petitioner in the FIR to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
