(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
(2.) It is submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the complainant has no objection if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail.
(3.) Learned counsel for the complainant concedes the fact. Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the petitioner above named is directed to appear/ surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks positively from the date of this order and on his surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.K. Tiwari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro, in connection with complaint case No. 516/2009, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
