(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offence under Sections 341/323/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant alleged in First Information Report that he has come to the shop and demanding a shirt thereafter some altercation took place between the informant and petitioner and petitioner fired with his licencee gun in air but nobody injured. Petitioner also lodged First Information Report against the informant that informant and his friend demanding Rs. 50,000/from the petitioner and they wanted to take the money forcibly when petitioner was going to deposit in the bank and thereafter petitioner fired with his licencee gun in air but nobody was injured by this fire. The petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2010. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and since, petitioner is remained in custody for more than two months, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau in connection with Sadar (Town) P. S. Case No. 488 of 2010 corresponding to G. R. No. 2184 of 2010 subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be the local residents having property within the jurisdiction of the court.
