JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 384 & 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) It reveals from the complaint that the petitioner with his associates induced the complainant and realised money from him against sale of a piece of land. Later, the complainant could learn that the land in question does not belong to the accused persons.

(3.) It is submitted that the money was paid to accused Manoj Kumar Sahu, he is a party to the agreement and he has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide A.B A. No.1401 of 2011 dated 20.06.2011.
