JUDGEMENT

(1.) Bail application filed by Ruhul Ansari @ Rahul Ansari is moved by Mr. Gaurav Priyadarshi, counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Mr. R.S. Singh, Additional P.P.

(2.) Earlier bail prayer of the petitioner rejected on the ground that the informant alleged in the First Information Report that petitioner is one of the assailant of deceased. However, the informant was examined in the court below as P.W.1 and while deposing in the court, she has not supported the case of prosecution and declared hostile.

(3.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I direct the court below to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C., F.T.C.-X, Ranchi in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 140 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 2673 of 2009 (S.T. No.154 of 2010 | 275 of 2010).
