HABIBULLAH Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Md. Habibullah is moved by Sri A.K. Sahani, counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri S. Maji, Additional P.P.

(2.) It appears that earlier petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.09.2010 in A.B.A. No.2480 of 2010, but he could not surrender within the time stipulated and because of that aforesaid order lost its force by efflux of time. Petitioner undertakes that he will surrender by 18th January 2011.

(3.) In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I direct the petitioner, above named, to surrender in the court below by 18th January 2011.
