(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed for a direction on the respondents to issue Vikash Pustika to the petitioner and grant benefits under current rehabilitation policy. It is further said that a representation was filed but no order passed thereon has been received by the petitioner.

(3.) IT is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
