JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by Brajesh Kumar Singh, is moved by Sri Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri T.N. Verma, learned Additional P.P. for the State. It appears that the case of present petitioner is similar to coaccused Durga Nand Jha and Rajeshwar Prasad Gope. The aforesaid two coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 23.09.2010 in A.B.A. No. 2966 of 2010 and A.B.A. No. 2968 of 2010 respectively.

(2.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I direct the petitioner to surrender in the court below by 13th of January, 2011 and in the event of his surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge him on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/( Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 255 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 1145 of 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
