JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR. Sahni, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this writ petition, petitioner has already filed Election Case No. 2 of 2011 before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nowamundi, and therefore, petitioner be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to her to raise all points raised in this writ petition before him.

(2.) ACCORDINGLY, petitioner is permitted to raise all the points raised in this writ petition in the said election petition by filing supplementary petition. With this liberty, this writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
