JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Jitendra Nath learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs. Vandana Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

(2.) It is submitted by Mr. Nath that the petitioner is living with her father and is having a baby of one year in her lap.

(3.) Mrs. Vandana Singh, on the other hand, submitted that the respondent is agreeable to pay the cost for travelling, etc. On this, Mr. Nath submitted that the petitioner will have to attend the Court along with one attendant and small baby which will not be convenient.
