JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution.

(2.) It appears that the victim was recovered and her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein the victim has supported the case naming these petitioners. She has also stated that she was subjected to rape. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioners Devendra Ravidas and Sonia @ Aswini Ravidas on bail.
