JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mrs. Vandana Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that though petitioner has got remedy of revision but the appellate authority has disposed of the appeal without considering the case of the appellant and without assigning reasons by the impugned order dated 25.5.2010.

(2.) Mr. Srijit Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for the State, tried to support the said order.

(3.) It does not appear from the said order that the appellate authority has not applied its mind to the respective cases of the parties.
