JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is an accused in the case registered under Sections 302/149, 337/149, 453/149 and 504/149 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to family property dispute; he is in custody since March, 2010 but the trial has not been concluded till date; he is a local permanent resident; there is no chance of his absconding.

(3.) Learned A.P.P. opposed the petitioner's prayer for bail and submitted that there is direct allegation of hitting the informant's wife by arrow and causing her death against the petitioner; he is a main accused in the case; trial is in progress and eight witnesses have already been examined; the petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected in view of the sufficient materials against him.
