(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

(2.) The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Ss. 420, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has taken some medicine from the informant but that is not up to standard.
