JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Informant.

(2.) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there was observation by the Sessions Judge in the order of rejection of bail that petitioner may renew his prayer after submission of charge sheet. It is further submitted that since, charge sheet has been submitted , he seeks permission to withdraw the application.

(3.) Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the observation that this order will not prejudice the petitioner.
