JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case registered under Sections 302/34 IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

(3.) It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR but subsequently during investigation it was stated by some of the witnesses that petitioner and other accused were seen roaming in the village on the date of occurrence and considering these evidences one of the accused Raj Kumar Singh was granted bail in B.A.No.7130/2009 and the case of the petitioner is similar to Raj Kumar Singh and as such, the petitioner may be released on bail.
