JHAGRU MUNDA AND ORS Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioners, Jhagru Munda and Sohrai Turi @ Ganjhu is moved by Sri Prabhat Kumar Sinha learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri T.N. Verma learned Additional P.P.

(2.) From perusal of prosecution report it appears that both the petitioners had put loss to State Exchequer to the tune of Rs. 3,000/-. It also appears that petitioners are absconding from two and half years. However learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ready to compensate the loss caused to the State Exchequer.

(3.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I allow this application and direct the petitioners, above named, to surrender in the court below on or before 18th of January 2011.
