RAJ KUMAR VERMA Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The witnesses have stated that some days before the occurrence cow of Raj Kumar was missing and he alleged the deceased for committing theft of his cow and also suspects that Rana Singh use to sell beef.

(2.) The witnesses have stated that the accused came and took away Rana Singh with him.

(3.) Dead body of Rana Singh was found in the house of the accused.
