SITA DEVI Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Sita Devi is moved by Sri D.K. Karmakar, counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Prem Prakash, Additional P.P.

(2.) It is alleged that petitioner had stolen electricity and put loss of Rs.4,000/- to J.S.E.B. Annexure 2 shows that petitioner has already deposited Rs.4,000/-.

(3.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I direct the petitioner, above named, to surrender in the court below by 13th January 2011.
