JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by Keshar Lal and Girija Devi, is moved by Sri Nilesh Kumar, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and opposed by Sri Shekhar Sinha, learned Additional P.P. for the State.

(2.) STATEMENT of complainant on S.A. shows that apart from Petitioner No. 2, other accused named in the complaint petition i.e. 'nanad' and 'devar' also assaulted complainant for demand of dowry, but learned court below not believed that part of statement, as it had not taken cognizance against them.
